Shipping policy
1. Click and Collect
We currently only offer a Click & Collect option for customers to collect orders in person at our store based in White River, Mpumalanga.
1.1 Collection Process
- Select Click & Collect during checkout.
- Wait for confirmation that your order is ready for collection.
- Collect your order from the designated collection point during operating hours.
Please do not attempt collection before receiving confirmation.
1.2 Collection Requirements
For security purposes, customers may be asked to present:
- Order confirmation
- Valid identification
- Proof of payment (where applicable)
If a third party is collecting on your behalf, prior written confirmation may be required.
1.3 Collection Timeframe
Orders not collected within 14 days of notification may be cancelled or returned to stock, subject to applicable refund policies.
